These terms apply when you use Hound & Form or place an order. Nothing limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Products

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours can vary with screens, and handmade or natural materials may have minor variations. Availability can change after ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your total, including delivery charges, is shown before checkout is completed. Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy the selected goods. We may decline or cancel where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing error occurs or delivery is unavailable for your address. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund the amount paid.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy sets out delivery arrangements. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains cancellation and return rights. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it unlawfully. Branding, text and graphics may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where the law allows.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
