Returns and cancellations

We want returns to be straightforward and do not restrict your statutory rights.

For most goods bought online, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Contact info@houndandform.com before returning an item for the correct return instructions and address. We arrange returns with the relevant supplier where applicable, so the return destination may vary by item. Please do not send goods to our business correspondence address without contacting us first. Hound & Form remains your point of contact for cancellations, returns and refunds; your statutory rights are unaffected. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, you are responsible for return postage.

You may inspect an item as you reasonably would in a shop. Where handling goes beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect loss in value where the law allows.

For a legal cancellation, we refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence they were sent back, whichever is earlier where applicable. We also refund standard delivery charges where required by law. Any additional charge for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect. Your UK consumer rights remain unaffected.
