These Terms of Service apply when you use the Hound & Form website or place an order with us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Products and information
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and, where products are handmade or use natural materials, minor variation may occur. Product availability may change and an item may become unavailable after you place an order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total payable amount will be shown before you complete checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected goods. We may decline or cancel an order where, for example, an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing error or we are unable to deliver to the address provided. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy and are subject to your statutory rights.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on the site, including branding, text and graphics, may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where the law allows.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to an order are the terms in force when that order is placed.
