Orders from more than one supplier
Products may ship separately from different suppliers. Delivery charges may be combined at checkout, so an order containing a free-delivery product can still incur delivery charges for other items.
Some products are supplied from Poland, the United States or Australia. International shipments may take longer if delayed in transit or customs.
Tracking is provided after dispatch where available. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate.
Unless a different delivery period is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days. If an order is materially delayed, contact us so we can help and explain your options.
