Returns and cancellations
We want returns to be straightforward and we do not restrict your statutory rights.
For most goods bought online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After telling us you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Please contact us at info@houndandform.com before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
You may inspect an item as you reasonably would in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value where the law allows.
Where you have a legal right to cancel, we will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier where applicable. If you paid for standard delivery, that standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required by law. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Your rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
